Exasperated Mr. R.

During a recent discussion, I misinterpreted a ‘look’ from Mr. R.

“What?!” I asked. “You’re looking at me like ‘sigh’!”

“I’m just looking at you. God, I hate it when people put huffs in my mouth!”

Lesson learned. No more huffs in your mouth.

  1. .At times (often) Mrs. F reads my mind (so she thinks) and simply based on my facial expression describes not only what I am thinking at the moment but relates that moment back throughout our 36 years of marriage to some obscure moment she then recalls as an example of my improper thought. I just wish she was actually able to do what she thinks she is doing, We could take the act to Vegas and I could sit by the pool and think improper thoughts while she is on stage.

Hey there, I found you via the NaBloPoMo blogroll.

My other half feels like this too, I always misinterpret his tiredness for being annoyed or angry, and then he gets annoyed because I’ve done that, and then I get annoyed because he is annoyed that I misinterpreted.. 🙂 sometimes you just got to shake it off and move on.

As part of NaBloPoMo I try to comment on as many participating blogs as I can, and I also add participating blogs to my feed reader. So I’m just dropping by to let you know I’ve added your blog to my feedreader, I’m reading you loud and clear.

I have created three bundles on Inoreader so that bloggers can easily visit other participating NaBloPoMo bloggers which you can find here –

Your blog is in the second bundle.. I have a link up going at my place so my readers can find participating blogs which you are more than welcome to add your blog link to.

Looking forward to seeing your posts. You may see me drop by again during November, but it might be December before I finish my first drop by to blogs if I don’t get faster at leaving comments. 🙂

    Happy NaBloPoMo to you!

    1. I love your thoughts about shaking it off and moving on. It’s usually a little thing, anyway. Thanks so much for commenting and for including me in your post. I’ve fallen woefully behind on NaBloPoMo, I’m afraid, but I’ll keep plugging away. I will definitely check out your blog. Thanks again for stopping by. 🙂
