Sigh– I had a jungle and was told my plants needs to be taken off the fire escape even though they were not in a “pathway”. While traveling a friend managed to kill some of the plants (that’s good I needed to reduce) — I’m reviving what I can. But, in return that same friend has a plot of land in a community garden and is planning to share it with me. Very happy.
